Howes Percival in top dealmakers list for East of England

Howes Percival has been highlighted in Experian’s latest UK M&A Review.  The firm was ranked in 6th place in the Legal Adviser Rankings in the East of England for Q3. 

The report is compiled using data from Experian MarketIQ, and is based on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and equity capital market (ECM) transactions announced between the dates of 1 January, 2022 and 30 September, 2022.

Nationally, Howes Percival’s corporate, commercial, and banking team has completed over 100 transactions since January this year, with an aggregate deal value of over £500million. 

The team in the East of England has advised on a series of eye-catching deals recently including; farm machinery dealer Ben Burgess on the acquisition of fellow John Deere dealership the Doubleday Group.  They also advised the shareholders of Masters Logistical Services Limited of Ely on the sale of the company to Knowles (Transport) Limited. 

In the digital media space, Howes Percival recently advised Touchdown PR Limited on the sale of the company to US headquartered Ruder Finn, one of the world’s largest independent global communications agencies, and the sale of digital design and software agency Lola Tech Holdings to DataArt Technologies, a global software development company, headquartered in the US.
