Howes Percival advises cinch on Crystal Palace FC sponsorship

Howes Percival’s Northampton office has acted for Cinch Cars Limited in negotiating and agreeing its recently announced sponsorship agreement with Premier League team Crystal Palace Football Club.

cinch is the UK’s fastest growing online car marketplace, offering over 10,000 cars available to choose from online.

Corporate and Commercial Partner Matthew Thompson, who advised cinch on the deal, said, “This was an important and highly sensitive transaction for both cinch and Crystal Palace. We were delighted to help cinch achieve its sponsorship and we look forward to seeing Crystal Palace wearing the cinch sponsorship next season and beyond”.

Avril Palmer-Baunack, the Chair of Constellation, cinch’s owners, said, “We are delighted to be joining Crystal Palace as front of shirt sponsor. cinch is an ambitious brand that has achieved a lot in a short space of time and this new partnership will further support our expansion in the UK car market. We look forward to working with the teams, fans and local community and have high hopes for the club next season on absolutely ‘cinching it’! We were really pleased with the service received from Matthew at Howes Percival on this agreement. He gave us speedy and very commercial advice”.
