02.03.2009 MAW Comms handles media for Sir Richard Dannatt lecture

MAW Communications managed the media when Head of the British Army, General Sir Richard Dannatt addressed the region’s business leaders at a unique event held at the John Innes Centre, Norwich on Friday 27th March 2009.

The event, which included a lecture from Sir Richard entitled; “Leadership in Turbulent Times”, was being jointly sponsored by Handelsbanken and Howes Percival LLP. 

Sir Richard spoke to an invited audience of over 300 business and community leaders from across the region.  As well as sharing his insights into the pressures of leading British Forces in conflict zones such as Bosnia, Kosova, Afghanistan and Iraq, Sir Richard talked about how he balances political pressures and gave his views on the critical success factors required for today’s leaders.
