MAW Communications was asked to develop a PR strategy to rapidly raise awareness and help differentiate them. Our solution involved innovative media relations and a programme of hard hitting stories.

When Direct Line launched an anti comparison site ad campaign, Gocompare.com hit back by offering their Marketing Director the use of a courtesy car to highlight the fact that Direct Line don’t provide a courtesy car to their customers as standard.

Gocompare.com regularly features in the national press and is now recognised as one of the UK’s top three insurance price comparison sites.
